From our first visit to check out their spas to ordering, delivery, and follow up phone calls, we've been very happy with the service at Splash and Burn. Staff really know their products and take the time to get to know what we, as customers, wanted. Renee was fabulous, along with other staff. Would highly recommend based on our experience. Old fashioned service that we really appreciated!

They didn't honour the warranty! The heater they sold me broke down but they refused to repair it.

What can I say but a huge 'THANK YOU EDDIE!!' He transformed our (no joke) pea soup into a beautiful blue lagoon begging to have swimmers again. your tireless efforts will forever be remembered.and especially the early morning and after hours dedication you showed helped us to finally have a Christmas where family can again take a cool dip on a hot day! all the very best to Splash and Burn and may you see the fruits of your labour flowing in !
