A small but well equipped gym. It is kept very clean and the times I have been in has not felt too busy. There is a pool but it is only 12 meters long so good for leisure but not for serious swimming! Clean tidy locker room and friendly staff.

This is such a great gym!!! The facilities are excellent, and although the gym might seem a bit small/cramped, I have never found this to be a problem. Everything is kept spotless and the changing rooms (plus a clean towel every time) are wonderful. The staff are also very friendly and remember you by name. The classes on offer are excellent too, and to top it all off, the jacuzzi and sauna are a great way to relax after a workout :-)
