Lloyd is an honest, thorough and genuinely knowledgeable car dealer. He was incredibly patient and went through every part of the car with me before the sale, going above and beyond to ensure that the car was in the best condition possible before I took it home. I was really impressed and will return to get the vehicle serviced with him because he knows what he is talking about and does a brilliant job.

I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lloyd and can’t fault his customer service and honesty. Nothing is too much trouble for him - he’s a truly decent chap and not a pushy salesman at all. His passion for cars and mechanical knowledge is clear. I’d definitely recommend him - a great local find

Lloyd provided an excelent service to me. I needed to change my car bcs of upcoming ULEZ zone extention from Central London to North and South Curcular road this coming October. I bought from Lloyd beautiful low milege Mercedes and very happy with it. Lloyd was even able to bring the car to me in South Kensington, very much appreciated help in the current state of lockdown! He is a true gentlemen, I have to say.

Recently bought an F30 BMW from Lloyd - my first big car purchase in a while so was very cautious who i bought from! In summary, this was a faultless service from start to finish. When i first called to enquire about the vehicle, Lloyd was very giving with his time and was more than happy to answer all my questions. I was reassured enough to arrange a subsequent viewing. Upon arriving, the car was in spotless condition, inside and out. Lloyd is the perfect salesman - no pushy sales tactics used - i was allowed to spend as much time as i wanted in the car, including an unsupervised test drive. When i returned from my test drive, Lloyd gave me the guarantee of fixing any work needed on the car if the MOT came up with any advisories. He went above this guarantee and replaced the front shock absorbers on the car despite the MOT having no advisories on this - it was something he flagged to me before purchasing also (one shock was potentially leaking oil) so an honest salesman too - not many of them around! I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that the car had some additional extras which weren't originally advertised i.e. ACS springs and adaptive suspension. Lloyd is very knowledgeable about cars and he is also a mechanic - this gave me a lot of reassurance that i was getting a car which was mechanically sound for its age. A few weeks after purchasing, the car drives like new, with no issues. With a free 6 months warranty included, there is absolutely nothing i can complain about with the service. Will no doubt use Spirit Autos again for my next car purchase. Thanks again Lloyd!
