I would highly recommend the guys and girls at spine and sports physio. They not only helped me get rid of my back and knee pain but also gave me all the tools I need to stop the problems coming back again. Will definitely be going back for any future physio needs.

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY 🙌🏻 Dan suggest shockwave therapy on my shoulder which I haven’t had full range of motion in for more than 10 years. After 5/5 sessions, I am pain free for the first time in at least 5 years! I have no more pain, no more burning sensation, I can move freely with full ROM and have finally been able to increase my weights at the gym. Thank you Spine & Sports
