They place is really nice and quality service offers by the staff. They also have good offers and their eye test is free if you buy specs from them same with contact lenses plus you get free contact lenses for you to try for week and then if you like it you can purchase from them. Friendly staff, good service and recommend for others.

They were very helpful and knowledgable over the phone regarding types of lenses for glasses and the prices. They happily answered all my questions. I also got my prescription checked there and the service was good. Update: Called to order more contact lenses and received quite unfriendly service over the phone. The employee was a bit difficult when I asked about having my contacts shipped to another store and was not so helpful in telling me the make and model of contact lenses I usually have ordered.

I have been a very long standing customer with specsavers West Ealing branch and I can honestly say I have never had any issues. I have always been provided with top customer care from child to adulthood by all staff members. They are very friendly, caring and have always gone the extra mile to accommodate my needs. A massive thank you to you all and keep up the great work!

I went for a well overdue eye test at Specsavers and opted for the in depth test which costs £10. I could have had a free test but wanted the peace of mind. I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen almost immediately. 5 star service and very friendly and helpful staff. I was all done in just 30 minutes.

Great experience, though slightly disappointed to be told that at my time of life, reading glasses weren't unheard of. If I could have seen the optician, I would have slapped them.

Amira, the audiologist is so kind & patient and spent so much time with my almost 100 year old Mum today , nothing is too much trouble for her in giving her patients the best service possible. She is a delightful lady and we highly recommend her.
