£200 for glasses only to be told less than a year later after having taken them back for the second time I had to buy another set of frames for £15 because the lenses were coming away from the frames, apparently my fault for taking them on and off wrongly!!! The lady on the phone said it was a manufacturing fault but back tracked in the shop! These should be study enough for day to day wear as I need them all the time! My pound shop ones have lasted better! Won’t be back in a hurry

3 kids with 2 parents yet one parent was told to wait outside, they expected us to leave a 4 an 7 year old in waiting room alone, so we had to refuse, told me to put a mask on, I'm exempt, hand gel stunk an was very sticky, the place isn't very clean needs a good hoover an polish, staff complaining another member was ill " reckons she got a migarane from the paint " then laughing.. the 3 ladies who dealt with the children was amazing tho

Called today to the specsavers factory wallasey, joined the production line Name , take one of the green seats and wait to be called , tried glasses on distance and reading look to the left look to the right adjusted arms mentioned the reading pair weren't pin sharp on any of the lines on card given to read response was take them home and see how they settled down , when I got home my wife said the reading pair looked odd when looked closer in mirror the nose bridge pads needed adjusting as the left lense was pushing into my nose and cheek ,adjusted these myself not life threatening but makes a mockery of all the fussing about of them measuring to make sure everything is in the centre of the lenses No prescription given on first appointment as there was a printer issue which seemed reasonable was told by the salesperson that extracted £230 from my wallet that he would put a note on the system to have it there when called back to collect my glasses needless to say it wasn't there and was asked to call back as all opticians where busy i asked for it to be mailed to me I'll see what happens in the coming days /weeks Now I've reached the end of the factory production line all done in the allotted time and on my way Next please till 4 is empty Regardless of covid a very impersonal device I've been using this branch since I've been wearing glasses NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE TODAY
