Great prices and a greet selection of frames. The team at this branch however are terrible. They are nice and polite but just very young and or wooden and really shouldn’t be customer facing. They make frequent mistakes with orders and then are not assertive enough to acknowledge them, correct them and move forward. Instead they Seem to obfuscate in the hope that when you try to collect your glasses next time someone else will serve you. Appalling.

I had my contact lense teach today with i believe her name was Amanda. And as an anxiety sufferer going into shops etc triggers me off. But also trying new things is a problem too. So I was so so nervous this morning. And was instantly put at ease. I left so happy and confident and putting contact lenses in and out isn't actually bad at all. Not just that. All staff are friendly and very very helpful.

My teenage daughters school phoned about her having a worrying eye problem appear out of the blue. I phoned and explained and they said to collect her and bring her immediately in . They saw her swifty and throughly checked her and wrote to our GP. We were so relieved, you can't mess about with your eye sight . A big thank you all in Talbot green who helped that day.

Great service, I just think specsavers as a whole go over board. They dont leave you alone, you cant look at anything with out being questioned, they're always offering more expensive unnecessary treatments.

The Manager at his branch gave me excellent and understanding service she refunded what I had paid for my specs. The reason I had asked for a refund was that having gone in for advice regarding pain at the back of my eyes, I ended up feeling that all the staff were only interested in "Selling" me new glasses - nothing had been told me regarding my pain problem. The prescription was not satisfactory and it was later confirmed that with hardly if any change in the benefits from my old glasses - I didn't really need new.

Appointment 10.25 out by 10.50 Fantastic customer experience. Seen by 3 staff to carry out different aspects of the test. I was passed through. So quickly. Brilliant service. With a very able and confident team. Thank you Spec savers Talbot Green. Highly recommend to family and friends Diolch 👏

The service was amazing when I visited this store for my routine eye check up. Kyle in particular was really helpful when it came to choosing new glasses and giving me all the information I needed. The was no pressure to choose and he worked out the best deal for me. Also, the Covid measures they have in place are really reassuring!

It's ok. The frames are good value and they have good offers. But for me I prefer somewhere quieter. I suffer from claustrophobia. There's nothing to make better.
