Ordered a new pair of glasses to be made up a couple of weeks ago as I had lost my previous ones on holiday. As I was in crutches and couldn't come and collect them when they were ready, the woman on the phone told me that they'd deliver them as a courtesy which was appreciated at the time. Fast forward 1.5 weeks and still no glasses delivered. I phone up and was told the glasses were ready for pickup, had to explain that they were meant to be being delivered so the person on the phone tells me they apologise and they will be sent out for delivery that day. Fair enough, mistakes happen. Another 3-4 days go by and still nothing arrives. I phone up again and am told the exact same thing and that they haven't been sent out for delivery yet, ridiculous. Apparently the glasses will be sent out for delivery today but I'm irritated I've had to go without glasses for over 2 weeks since paying for a new pair and being told to expect them soon. If these don't arrive this week, as promised, I'll be requesting a refund. Staff are friendly but this kind of service is making me less likely to deal with Specsavers in the future.

Really disappointed about customer service :( i booked an appointment online (for contact lenses first time users) and when i got there, 10 minutes before the actual appointment, i was turned away. The person couldn't even bother to give a reason why or even check the diary/computer. Find frustrating that the option is given online but staff just turn people away

No longer on that part of Sauchiehall and positioned next to Three Sauchiehall Street. A much need rejuvenation to a tired space, two levels with 4 areas for eye exams, staff are very friendly and so helpful. I was not sure how to expect, having been with a local business for 20 years, but I won't be going anywhere else but specsavers after my exam and treatment all the way to recieving my glasses!

I have heard that the NHS eye service in the UK is very expensive. In fact, it is true. The price is calculated to be nearly 1,000 yuan. But in fact, it is also an acceptable price, which is equivalent to a better optical shop in China. However, I think you can guarantee that nhs can provide a completely different experience from China. I got a careful, nearly one-hour check, intimate service, which I have never experienced in China. I highly appreciate the professionalism of this store and recommend it.

I was on a eye test today. Very disappointed. After test staff let me Alone and never told me what gładsze i should choose. Me and my daughter stand aline in the middle of the shop with prescription for next 20min without any help apart from text „there are glasses choose what u want”. Staff was busy serving another customers which were in queue after us, in the end saying to us we can’t touch the glasses and wait another 10min when they serve somebody else who were after u and told u to wait, so how we can choose if nobody help us? Finish buying a very good designer frames with good glass and Insurance in boots opposite side of the Road. Don’t go there unless u want to be treat like rubbish. Will never come back there. Learn some basis of customer service

The service is great, but there are a few things that aren't good at all. 1) Please spend a little more on the chairs your customers sit on when being examined. I nearly hurt myself and the probably very expensive equipment because the cheapest kind of chair that has no wheels got stuck into the massive hydraulic legs of the table while I tried to push it back so I could stand up. 2) I understand that half the world is insane with covid-hysteria right now, but can you please skip making the entry feel like I'm entering a prison? No, I don't want to use your hand sanitizer (and you have no legal right to make me). No, I don't appreciate taking my temperature; you're not a doctor, and I can have a high temperature for a variety of reasons, most of them aren't infectious, so there is no point measuring it, unless you want me to feel humiliated. Micromanaging your customers isn't appealing, and when you say you only try to do your job, well, the following orders excuse did not work in the Nurnberg trials for a reason. I understand that you feel the adrenaline pumping in your veins because you have power over others now, but I can't really think of one happy and goodwilling bureaucrat appearing in any Dostoievsky novel. Maybe keep that in mind.

Avoid to book an appointment online when you receive a letter telling you to book NOW or you could arrive to the store and the guy will tell you: "the letter that you have received it does not mean anything to me so your appointment it is for the next year" THAT LETTER WAS SENT OVER BY SPECSAVERS LAST WEEK TO ME AND I SHOWED HIM- I understand an issue may happen but some people should be more professional in order to solve the issues instead create them. Being a customer for 6 years but thinking to move to another brand. Waste of time
