Awful attitude,basically refused to put lense back in my glasses because they weren't purchased there. ???? I dint buy my bike from cycle republic but they fixed my puncture for free. I was happy to part with £10 for repair and clean today. There is a lot more to say really but can't be bothered to type it all.

Perfect service! I came there on a Saturday afternoon and despite it was quite busy I've been quickly and well advised to choose the best pair for my face and nose and they are perfect! Besides the choice of frames is really good! I will come back to this shop for sure !

Good deals on, nice staff, sometimes feels like you're not getting enough help when it is really busy.

Bought some brand new sunglasses with polarised lenses three months ago. They broke on the fourth ware. Went in expecting a fight to get some replacements. However they couldn't have been nicer. Replaced without any hassle and excellent customer service from the team! Very impressed!

Still waiting for someone too get back too me about reaction lenses.

Amazing service. Staff were really helpful and courteous. Felt really safe inside the shop though the covid numbers were increasing. Appreciate the flow of customers arranged by the management during this time. Bought a spectacle in Oct first week and as of now, perfectly satisfied. Thanks to the management and the entire team.!

I made an appointment for a 2nd opinion on a eye test after the Middleton branch really messed up, Jessica the optometrist was fantastic and thorough. Jessica saw the previous prescription and could definitely see the difference, Dee was great looking after my glasses for me as they needed to be adjusted. Would definitely recommend them.

Poor service. Will be taking my eye tests elsewhere, after my recent visit. They are just interested in selling you glasses. There is no attention to quality of the eye assessment. They complete the standard tests, but give no attention to concerns raised. My visit to vision express was more thorough, they actually perform tests based of your comments/observations.
