I made an appointment to buy some new glasses today at 14:30pm. Straight away after entering, I was greeted with a warm greeting, and felt looked after. I wanted to express how appreciative I am of the gentleman who served me. He honoured a voucher i had been given that was supposed to be expired as good will, and it really improved my experience due to allowing to me to expand my variety in price. I have always had to buy budget and it was lovely to be able to go for more expensive glasses. I also want to thank the lovely women who closed the sale as she was so pleasant to talk to. Never had an issue with this specsavers and the staff are wonderful :)
