Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists – Harpurhey manchester

Booked in for an eye test when my glasses broke as work nearby. Staff were friendly and patient. Eye test was thorough and conducted by a lovely optician called Kate. I picked my frames without any pushing for more expensive or extras etc. And when I said I'd broken my glasses they arranged to have my glasses done before closing! Would highly recommend this branch. Absolutely excellent customer service and huge choice of framesigns.

It’s grate it’s got a huge option of glasses to choose from and the eye test are pretty good and fast

had an appointment at 2.10. today once in through locked door .i was not waiting long. i was impressed with the opticians patience, and had a thorough eye test. felt safe with masks on and sanitiser about. was impressed they never tried to sell me new frames .

VERY GOOD SERVICE, KATE THE OPTICIAN WAS VERY PLEASANT PATIENT AND WAS HAPPY TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS VERY WELL. I FOUND HER VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. REST OF THE STAFF WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. A TOTALLY ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF.

Great service, lovely staff. The lady that helped me pick my glasses especially. I can’t remember her name but she had curly dark hair. Very helpful, friendly and informative. :)
