Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists – Girlington (Bradford) leeds

OK, so the last time I was there I wasn't impressed at all (admittedly a while ago ) but things have changed. In my case the staff there were very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

Excellent service to adjust my glasses, even though they must have guessed they are not my regular optometrists. There was not a hint of any "hard" (or "soft") sell - well done Specsavers.

My old premier vision specs are better than the new ones from spec savers, and that's after I complained about the first set they made being awful and they made a better pair. I still use my old specs as so much better

I came to collect my and my son spectacles from the girlington store,and was served by a member of staff called usman very polite and considerate. Its all about a good customer service..keep up the good work.

Nice and clean place excellent staff didnt have to wait long.

Had my first ever eye test here and the optometrist was lovely. The tests were carried out easily and it was over in about 15-20 minutes. They did well adhering to COVID guidelines and it was easy being processed for glasses. The staff were very nice.

Staff are polite and courteous.. decent place.. very kids friendly

One of the nicest customer experiences I've ever had the optician I believe was called Mariam she was so friendly I could have sat and talked for hours and tom who helped me choose glasses was extremely helpful both brilliant employees. I was very happy with the service to why I'm leaving this review I hope the manager of the store sees this review and congratulates them both on how well they make the customer feel satisfied I will definitely be using there services again .thankyou

Can't fault the staff. All were very friendly and helpful. We were offered an extra eye test with one of their new machines. It cost an extra £10 but I thought it was worth it as it could flag up potential problems early. The optician wavered the fee for my mother due to her cataracts not giving a clear enough reading. The staff were extremely diligent at making sure everything was sanitised between customers. All in all a great visit thanks to the staff.

Was advised to see these by the pharmacist as i had a something stuck in my eye.. they saw to me straight away and they made an appointment for me to go to the hospital to have it removed. Excellent service
