Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists – Bath bath

Booking process super easy online. Made it into store, nice welcome and Appointment was online. Whoop! Seen to very efficiently by knowledge staff. I was expecting the service if a large chain but it felt more like a small practice.

A weekend in Bath, walking down the high st l was pleasantly surprised to see an offer of free hearing test and that lt could be done almost immediately. The gentleman that performed my test was very polite and well mannered. I can thoroughly recommend

Welcoming - friendly - informative - not rushed - a great experience. A luttleore help in choosing new frames would have been aporeciated. Alistir and jeremy were lovely.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Been a loyal customer for almost 7 years, but no more. Absolutely appalling customer service at my last visit. At no point did they address the concerns I raised. They did nothing to reassure me or deescalate my anxiety. I was treated like I was a nuisance. The floor staff was incompetent and was absolutely focused on selling me a product I did not even need.

Seen earlier than my appointment time today. Eye test with Lizzie who explained a lot of things and didn't feel rushed. Jordan then helped me pick my frames, who was very helpful and extremely patient considering I would say I liked a certain style and then would pick up something completely different. Gave 110% customer service. Also I would like to thank the technicians (Ben) in the lab who prepared my frames ready to take home within an hour after choosing them.

Absolutely fantastic. The service was great from every member of the team. Clean, spacious and a great process for trying on the glasses, given the COVID situation.

Took my nan to get her hearing aids fixed and ears checked. The man couldn't be more helpful and understanding. Brilliant service.

Very friendly helpful staff. Only needed to go in and pick and order glasses. Felt like royalty in there they were that nice. Very clean and rigorous with their covid rules. One of the best I've seen. Thank you to all the staff there

Having not visited the store in up to 4years due to not being able to afford new glasses, I finally made the decision to go and sort myself out. The experience I had with staff was absolutely amazing. My first time visiting for my appointment was really positive, and Abbie helped me choose the right pair for me and helped me choose the right deal. I was feeling a little worse for wear that day and Abbie made it a fun and positive experience. She went out of her way to make me feel good about my choices of frames and it was so nice to have a laugh while doing it. I collected my glasses today and again the customer service experience was amazing. Sarah was very welcoming and lovely to interact with, and again was super positive. I left the store today feeling confident and happy so thank you to the team! 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Very kind staff, waited less than 2 minutes for my appointment which is great. Made all the test and they explained everything and assured me I had good vision and advised not to change my glasses since I have the right ones. Very good price and cheaper than other countries for the whole eye test. Will definitely come back 👍
