I saw a flat advertised online 12 minutes after posting, booked a viewing in my lunch hour that day, and moved in 8 days later! It was quick, simple and as easy as that! We have recently rented a newly renovated flat through Oliver at Sparks & Sons. Oliver was friendly, helpful and good-humoured throughout. There were a few teething problems with some of the renovation work and Oliver got these quickly resolved - this has not been our experience with other agents who sometimes let things drag on. Overall we were really pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend.
