Harry helped get me on the right track to recovery from long term posture related discomfort and pain through varying techniques including exercise, yoga style stretching, massage, improved breathing and advice. Very knowledgeable and offers a different approach to most physios and osteos I had seen before.

Harry, I just wanted to say that today I nearly cried, because I turned my head to look at Ben in the seat behind me on the bus. I turned it! Not my whole body, my neck and head. And it didn’t hurt! And it worked. And nothing cracked or twinged! And I cried a bit on the bus because it’s been years since I could do that. Thank you so much for the effort, massage and specific exercises you designed for me, working with my messed-up body☺️

Harry is one of the best at his job as he really thinks outside the square. His less conventional approach is working well for my musculoskeletal function. Highly recommend.

I just finished four weeks with Harry to save my very painful shoulder that's been up and down since 2014. Within one session with Harry, it was feeling much better and now I feel quite strong and like I understand my injury a lot more. If you are a bit broken and want your body to feel better, I really recommend his help.
