I was given a voucher as a birthday present, and the experience was perfect, I can't imagine too many people being disappointed here! I'm a 41yo male, and not a regular at day spas, but have had plenty of remedial and sports massage in the past, but the overall experience here left my body feeling lighter than it has in years and years! From arrival to departure, all the staff were friendly, warm, and helpful. I really don't have any negative feedback, even if I were to look at the minor details. (Maybe some info on where to park for those not staying at the hotel, but I had luck on the street right outside, so wasn't an issue in the end!) I hope to be back soon!
