Agree with the other negative reviews. Don’t buy from this outlet, the after sales support is woeful (almost non existent)!! 21 days after booking a repair technician to replace what is likely a broken control panel (or sensor), absolutely nothing. I was assured 5-7 days at most and when I chase it up, and am constantly fobbed off.

Just a warning to anybody considering buying a Spa from Spa World. We place our order with Spa world

Just a warning to anybody considering buying a Spa from Spa World. We place our order with Spa world through Harry in November 2021, who told us that the Spa estimated delivery is on 21 February 2022 and we were asked to put down a deposit to meet this delivery date. We phoned 08 February 2022 to get an update and were told the Spa is now scheduled to be delivered in April 2022. Poor customer service as we had to phone them to get an update to even find out about the updated delivery date. Also there is a 1300 number which is overseas operated and you don't get to contact number for Spa world from which you purchased from which should set off alarm bells. Looking at other reviews from product reviews and trust pilot I have very little faith that we will have our Spa in April 2022.
