Bought a gift certificate for my partner .. she absolutely loved the experience and will go back again.

Very unprofessional and sloppy, what a waste of money and time, left my hot stone massage and eyebrow tint and wax very tense and upset, she was texting, while massaging me! and kept leaving the room, worse experience in a spa to date!!

Bought a gift voucher for my wife, the new owners will not bind by it because its not listed on their list of gift vouchers when they bought the business. Unbelievable that they can get away with it. Apparently Fair Trading advised them that they don't have to abide by it. Its lost money for me. Will not recommend.

Liars. Thieves. My husband bought me a gift voucher in 2019 for Xmas. I didn't get to use it before the first lockdown. After that I was diagnosed with an illness. I completed a long treatment and then we went back into lockdown. Once we came out I called Spa Semiyahn to book some treatments. My voucher is still valid until 22nd Dec 2022. They straight up told me they won't honour it, it has been too long. I have had MULTIPLE calls ignored, promises to call me back, ignored text messages. Eventually I was told that I could book a treatment. Then I was told I needed a medical clearance. I organised this with my doctor for them to call or email to confirm. They never bothered. I tried calling again to see if I could make my appointment. Again, ignored. Then followed by a text asking me to give my credit card number (Why? My treatment was already paid for). I text saying I wanted a refund. The next day they text back at 10:56am saying I could come to my 11am appointment. They gave me four minutes to get there. What is sad is that under the previous owners I had been there many times and gifted some vouchers to friends. After all I had been through I just wanted to relax and enjoy my gift I had waited so long for. Now they have my money and I guess they plan on keeping it. As far as I can see, they bought a business using the name of another's hard work and couldn't care less about the previous clients. It is a disgusting way to treat people and an awful way to run a business. I want my money back.

Amazing experience went in with my mum for a girls day out couldn't be better. So relaxing and calm. Staff were lovely and did a great job! Impressed.
