Perfect place! I came more than once for work, there is no desire to try another hotel. Clean comfortable rooms, serviceable plumbing, delicious cuisine. Shower gel, shampoo, etc. by Natura Siberica - this is almost a luxury for hotels! The parking is small, but there have never been any problems, they always help to find a place. They help even when you check out, but you have to leave the car. You can print documents at the reception for free - not every hotel does it for free! Breakfasts are not very varied, not a buffet, but delicious, there is plenty to choose from, you can eat)

Only positive emotions! I liked everything: the cleanliness and interior of the room, wonderful girls at the reception in all respects, the cuisine in the restaurant (main menu and breakfast) - the best in Pyatigorsk! I was on a body wrap and a relaxing massage at Nargiz, after which I sang in the room), which was not for a long time, and admired the skin of my face (there was also a massage). Nargiz is magic!

5/ 5

One of the most wonderful hotels in which I happened to stay during almost a year of traveling in Russia. Everything is excellent in it - both the location, and the rooms, and the service. A two-room suite on the fifth floor (overlooking the city and Beshtau) is furnished with new furniture, equipped with dishes in case of a feast; all plumbing "with a needle". Bed linen is an excellent dense calico with a jacquard pattern. Special thanks for a good mattress and various pillows (including orthopedic ones), which allowed me to fully rest after hours of running around the city and the mountains. The restaurant also pleased me - the food here is delicious and more than varied (there is, however, a nuance - the menu in the rooms, with somewhat outdated prices). Breakfasts are a la carte, but also quite extensive, so that after trying everything, you can choose food to your own taste. The spa area of the hotel consists of a swimming pool and a hamam - this beauty can be booked for 3500 rubles per hour, and until noon it is available free of charge to all hotel guests. There is, however, a risk that there will be too many people both in the pool and in the hamam - but this characterizes not so much the hotel as Russian guests, who still fall into a fierce childhood at the thought of public water activities))). In general, we can say with complete confidence that the Bristol Hotel is fully consistent with its price category and deserves all sorts of recommendations!

I recommend! The rooms are spacious, everything is new. The staff is polite and fast. A la carte breakfasts, varied, large and tasty. There is a spa area, I went to Nargiz for a massage and was very pleased. We used the laundry service - we did everything for a reasonable price. I was conquered by shampoos and other cosmetic jars in the room from Natura Siberica - nice. The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Mashuk, tourist places within walking distance, the cable car is 10 minutes from the hotel. Streets with restaurants in 10-15 minutes on foot.

Double impression. On the one hand, the rooms are nice and everything is clean and tidy. But, breakfast, the wait for which lasts 40 minutes, is unacceptable. I ordered beer and toast in the restaurant. The beer was brought immediately, and the croutons when I already asked for the bill, and accordingly ate and drank everything.
