The massages are good but facials don't worth the money. They imply only the application of Elemis products (which are not the worst, but not something that I would ever buy) and are basically designed for selling the brand.
After the facial the lady told me to use mosturiser twice a day, to exfoliate regularly and to use an oil-free make-up remover which told me all i needed to know about her cosmetic knowledge (especially after I told her that I have an extensive skin care regime doing double cleanse, using retinoids, acid exfoliants and several other serums). She might mean well, but she has no idea about dermatology nor cosmetic research.
That being said I also been to the same lady for massages and she was great in that respect.
The Spa is located inside Better and it's not one of the most relaxing venues I've been to.
