Thanks Narelle and her team from SPA Choice here on the North side. The delivery team where excellent and delivered the Spa safely and located it exactly where we wanted it on our new slab! Narelle your advice and professionalism during the purchase of our new "Big Bath" as our grandbabies like to call it was first class. The in-service visit by you and the instructions and detailed advice on how to,firstly get the best out of our new Spa, and most importantly how to use the water Filtration and maintenance control system,was simplistic and very thorough. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending you and your Team to any family or friends thinking about taking the SPLASH and buying a Spa rather than a pool. Mark is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to spas. Nothing was too much hassle. Great product, great spa and amazing service from start through to delivery. It’s refreshing to receive such amazing after sales service too. Highly recommend Oasis Spas from Spa Choice.

We got our spa during the uncertain time of covid...and had a great first encounter at spa choice. One competitor gave us nothing which is why we found ourselves at spa choice. As much as our delivery date was much later than expected...we totally understood that the world was in such uncertain times so we would get our luxury whenever it arrived. Very excited the day we finally got the call that it had arrived in the country and we were ready for delivery. I know the company uses a contractor to deliver...but our driveway was damaged and concrete area around the spa . Delivery truck left a chunk out of our driveway. I called spa choice to inform..but was told to take it up with the delivery guys...which I did..Ben the delivery guy told us he would come and fix our driveway...but never did. So for this, I would not recommend either of these businesses. Seems we have to fix our own driveway and we have had to go get spa set up help from our local pool/spa shop.
