It was more than excellent!! Charlotte made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I had hot stone massage which to be honest was like a little of everything. I felt I was there for hours. It was just pure bliss!! I'd recommend this treatment to anyone. Thank you Charlotte!!

Fantastic bespoke massage, exactly what I asked for and just the right amount of pressure. Followed by a lovely couple of hours relaxing in the spa. As a cancer survivor, I am delighted to be able to have normal treatments here as the therapists are trained by Cavendish Cancer Care, unlike many spas who are too afraid to touch me as soon as I mention the C word!

I had a brilliant day yesterday at 1877. I booked in for the mom-to-be package. The full body massage by Lydia was beautiful and so relaxing. Had some time in the relaxation room followed by the pedicure. I felt so pampered and didn't want to go home afterwards. Thank you for a fantastic day!

A lovely warm welcome as soon as you step through the door. The ‘Relaxation Room’ is just what you need to switch off from daily stresses. The complimentary hot drinks and enthused water are an extra treat and the lunch is both delicious and nutritious. The staff are all helpful and approachable and talk you through every aspect of your spa day; well worth the money. I’ll definitely be going back again and recommending to friends and family.

Lovely experience, I don't usually have spray tans or things like that so it was fab that Natalie was so helpful and friendly and she really put me at ease. The service was quick and efficient. I also got a warm welcome from reception and the staff did help me find my way down to the room i needed to go to. Would definitely go back and would recommend Natalie. Thanks spa 1877.
