Replacement Windows I had four windows replaced by tis company, Russell Gavin the owner is a pleasure to engage with. Russell arrived as planned and gave an instant quote within ten minutes that was several hundred pounds cheaper than competitors! Brian and Sam arrived as planned and are very professional and courteous tradesmen, the installation is a first class job and they left my home immaculate, removed all external debris. Perfection ......After much research, I contacted Southside Window Systems for an estimate. I was contacted within the hour and Russell the owner came to my home to measure up and give me a price. This took approximately 30 mins. I had read horror stories of some companies being in customers homes for hours but this is not the case with Southside. The work was completed today and I am absolutely delighted with it. The window fitters, Owen and Graham, were polite, professional and extremely hard workers. They also cleaned up after themselves. The job they have done is first class. The entire process from contacting this firm to the completion of the job has been smooth and stress-free. The quality and workmanship have been second to none and the price was very competitive. I am an extremely happy customer and can fault them on nothing, I have no hesitation in recommending this company as they are a breath of fresh air in a minefield of cowboys and con men. I can not stress enough how great south side windows are. Russell comes to your home gives you a quote within minutes, unlike other company's that come out for hours and push lots of buttons on calculators. There is no pressure to buy. The price Russell quotes first time is the actual price, so they do not give ridiculous over inflated prices like most others. Great price and great service. Graham and Owen were amazing , worked non stop, very clean and not one mark on my brand new cream carpet despite bad weather! Windows look amazing, Graham and Owen are a credit to the company. South side windows is the only company I would ever get my windows or doors from and I am not easily pleased. Amazing job!!! Thank you
