Excellent service people moaning about the practice there are worse ones so give them a break yes u can wait 3 weeks for a appointment if u want to see a pacific doctor but if not there always other doctors who u can see if your appointment is urgent u can phone at eight in the morning and be given a call back from the doctors and if people canceled there appointments and not waste surgery’s time by not calling up to cancel the doctors and the front receptionist staff are fantastic always go out of there way to help all patients new or old and the nurse are top of there game and credit where credit is due the health care staff are excellent two so top doctors and staff !!!!!!!!!!

Worst doctors surgery I have ever been a member of. This place really needs to be reported . Don't join here if you do you will regret it. They don't do your prescription properly. And is very hard to get a doctors appointment. Some staff there could not care less.

They're really fast at booking appointments and getting doctors to phone you back if you know how to correctly request it otherwise you'll be waiting 3+ months for appointments

I been registered about a year ago in this centre and never had a apportunity to see any doctor, whenever I ask for appointment the say call next week and so on.

Absolutely horrible been in pain for days on end and all I get is what would you like me to do very rude down the phone this NURSE Richard not happy feels like they just want you out the door don't get me wrong there are cupple off good doctors in there

I had issues at first going from guildhall walk Dr to be sent to new doctors because they closed down. Guildhall hadn't send none of my information to lighthouse and my repeats were not on repeat and I had to fight for weeks, but Sarah from the prescription team is the best person I've spoken too, so helpful and honest, always trying her best to help. She has made me feel cared for when I'd lost all faith in doctors. Thank you Sarah.

Have had only good experiences with this practice. Had both my COVID jabs here and it was very well organised. All staff very friendly and efficient.

Terrible doctors surgery. Had nothing but trouble with my repeat perscription since guildhall closed. Good luck trying to get through on the phone, you'll either be on hold for over an hour or you'll just get "line busy" and disconnected. I would rate them zero stars but that isn't an option!

Every time you need to wait for approximately 30mins that someone will pick up the phone and with unexpected impolite and impatient tone. The website say can use the online booking system but nothing there. You must call anyway. And you must be lucky to have someone answered. Really disappointed service.

Honestly just disappointing, been calling for months now and only got through once and was told I would get a call back and got no call back! Its incredibly unprofessional, its lead to me dealing with problems that I'm still dealing with, I even called 111 and they were unable to contact the surgery to sort me a appointment leading to me having to go to hospital instead, everytime I call this surgery they have a busy line, I call every half hour or so throughout the day just to not get answered, I even check online to see if it busy or not, just hoping someone would answer, I understand during covid it's going to get alot more busy but not answering the phone after trying to call over 50 times in over a months time, its beyond a joke, mention this surgery to many people now and they have not only tried to help me join another surgery but its always a negative response.
