5/ 5

Our experience: Room - they are spacious and multi optional which includes a wide bed fully automatic, double mattress on the ground, a large birthing bath, and another large/wide chair which I don't know the name but something you would expect to find in a gynecologist, and finally a bunch more various birthing equipment - all of which are available to you to choose. Staff - very friendly, professional, polite and helpful. Medical care & Midwife - Experienced, empathetic, kind, pationate, patient, knowledgeable, and with very high level of aptitude. Equipment - all in ecxcet working order, as new, clean and very reliable Hygiene - I'm picky and I wasn't able to fault anything, literally everything was in tip top condition. SoP - some may find this comment unrelated, however it is actually very relevant to us, and they followed their processes and checklist thoroughly. Overall was a wonderful experience.

Despite Cummings being able drive across the country for an eye test, I'm still being denied the chance to see my baby for the first time.
