Very unprofessional reception staff and so rude to patients and their family looks like discriminating behaviour specially one old lady, Never listen and understand patients emergency condition and need. Unfortunately it's not my review on single observations it happened every time and multiple experiences. Although GP are very good professional and polite. But sorry to say need a big improvement in reception staff they should learn how to handle appointment and speak to people.

I was 10 minutes late for my nurse appointment. The nurse decided to keep me waiting for 45 minutes.

I was 10 minutes late for my nurse appointment. The nurse decided to keep me waiting for 45 minutes. I gave up and made a new appointment. It’d have been nice if they told me to make a new appointment in the first place. I was sorry I was late but now think I’ve been treated badly.

Very happy with this place. All of the doctors and nurses that i have seen have been very friendly.

Very happy with this place. All of the doctors and nurses that i have seen have been very friendly. I need regular blood tests and they are excellent at drawing blood. Never a long wait at appointment and quick and easy to get refills. Very happy with this GP.

I was a patient for a very brief amount of time at this surgery. The service is very poor. I agree with many of the reviews that the reception staff are unpleasant and there is certainly some discrimination towards some patients based on origin or skin colour or both. I have since moved on to a new practice where patients are treated properly.

I have only been registered to this Doctors for about just under a year now and I have had no issues

I have only been registered to this Doctors for about just under a year now and I have had no issues, Doctors, nurses and reception staff all seem nice. I have really bad anxiety for sitting in Doctors surgeries/hospitals but this place makes me feel at ease for some reason. No issues so far
