I have been a patient here since it opened having followed Dr Rej when he moved to Southcoates from Morrell Street. I admit this practice had some problems after Dr Rej retired. However, I am pleased to say that things have considerably improved since Dr Pinto took over. Dr Pinto is a very polite man. He listens enthusiastically to what you have to say and never rushes. He discusses your concerns and suggests all the options that are available so that you can reach a decision that both the Doctor and the patient are happy with. The reception staff are always as helpful as they can possibly be. I would recommend it to anyone at the moment.

I have been at this surgery ever since I was born and until recently had nothing but good experiences. After Dr. Rej left and dr duhan took over it has gone downhill. All staff are very rude! Dr duhan raised his voice at me when I was getting my 6 week old baby dresses after being told to undress her. Baring in mind I was no longer than a few minutes he very rudely said "hurry up I do have other patients waiting". When I first went in I had to fill out a registration form for my child and he said can't you fill it out later I do need to talk to you. Even though I was nearly finished, all it required was a signature. Definitely would not recommend to a stranger let alone family or friends. Very persuaded to change doctors after this.

Terrible practice, just as bad as Marfleet that they partnered up with. Can't get through on prescription line so call other line to be told they will not order a repeat unless I call the prescription line. I've been trying for a week now but they don't answer it. Can't order via NHS app as I'm due a review. Can't get in to see a doctor as they aren't doing face to face for these. How the hell do I get my medication.

This Surgery is a joke.. If you call for an appointment earliest time to see a doctor is at least two weeks or you are advised to make an 8am call. The next day I make a call on the stroke of 8am and wait in the queue 20 minutes later I am next in line to be answered 40 minutes after that I am still waiting.. So while waiting i go to the website where there is a link you are recommended to go to for livi (live video appointments) the link is broken! Go to Google apps... Livi doesn't install as it crashes at the privacy notice even when accepted.. Seriously this surgery has always been average but its absolutely ridiculous now.
