Went to the walk in urgent treatment center to get antibiotics for a chest infection . I did a lateral flow Test before going which was negative . I was told I have to do a PCR test which takes 24 to 48 hours to get result back . Just to point out I could contract covid in the time I'm waiting for results of the PCR test ,in which case the results could be negative but I could still go back because I still need antibiotics for my chest infection and bring vivid with me . What is the point in doing in lateral flow at all if there not being taken seriously by the NHS . There is no logic to what there doing . I could a lot sicker while waiting for my PCR results just so I can get the antibiotics I know I need . Complete joke

Absolutely shocking. Booked an appointment with them following a referral from my gp as they had the earliest dates available. Got to the appointment and was then referred to a&e minors (without any supporting paperwork or updated notes) as they couldn't do anything for at least a year. Only had this ongoing infection for 10 weeks already.

Quick, efficent and a freindly service. Although my operation was held back due to governement lockdown restrictions they managed to accomadate me shortly after the cancelled. Mr Dickinson and his team were all a pleasure, as well as, the warm and friendly faces you'll find at recepetion.

I wish if I can score than less 1 star. Booking team are inefficient. Will get a lawyer and file a complaint . Aware of covid19 situation but waiting time is catastrophic, even before Covid. instead of NHS hire more staff, they feed money to private companies, which are not properly managed, however doctors there are good.
