I have been using Southall Travel for more than 5 years now. I am quite happy with the agents helping with the ticket bookings. Providing the best options. Comparing the prices across airlines. Also I enjoy the additional luggage availability feature with Air India. Also like the option of reserving the ticket with deposit and paying the full price later just before travel. Best travel agent I can think of.. :)

First time I have used Southall Travels and my experience was very good with them. They provided the tickets with reasonable price and the airlines was also good. They have given the option of paying the amount in instalments which is very good to the customers. Overall the commitment was good by the Southall team. I would love to recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Southall Travel good Company. I found my flight cheaper with south hall travel so I booked it. Not a bad customer service. They always ring you back and most calls get answered within 2-3 minutes or less. Not bad!

We booked a holiday to Dubai through Southall Travel. My son called twice and both times he got unhelpful people. I called and spoke to Benny. He was very patient and looked at hotel packages for us calmly and patiently, answering all our questions fully. He was very knowledgeable. Most of the hotels were fully booked in the part of Dubai that we wanted to stay. However, he continued searching until he found one that was available and met our criteria. It was the best holiday we have had. If Benny had not put so much effort into finding something suitable for us we probably would not have had such a great holiday. Thank you to Benny. He always responded to my emails promptly. We have booked via ST various times and always they have been very helpful, always kept us up to date of any changes.

Usually i get a good competitive price... but this time i called them twice and both times had v rude and least helpful staff members... So don't recommend!!

Avoid if you want to rebook or cancel the tickets. They will loot you twice. I have been booking tickets from them for long time and also recommended friends and family. I opened return ticket when I asked them to rebook the ticked I was asked for flight difference £160 and where I paid lots for the ticket already and online was much cheaper then guy advised. They are rip off avoid and I will be avoiding them😡😡

I just lost £135 upon cancelling a ticket within an hour of booking. I had paid the deposit amount but needed to cancel due to the sudden news about the situation at the destination. I was not even provided an invoice before I cancelled the flight and further the credit card transaction was still in pending. I was told that the payment was already received, however the credit card company said that the transaction is still in process and it may take 3 days to clear. Not sensible at all towards the customer :( Make sure you book it directly through airline if possible. Edit: I was offered to be charged £100 instead of £135 for the cancellation and I received £35 back into my CC account.
