My steering wheel was left very slightly off centre after a 4 wheel alignment and several hours trying trying to correct it and did leave me mildly frustrated. However they refunded me the cost of the alignment and were very pleasant to deal with throughout the whole day despite my car being with them for a total of around 5 and a half hours. Very honest people who strive to do the best job possible, so although they've caused me another slight issue with my car, they couldn't have been any better through the whole process and really tried their best to resolve the issue to the best of their ability as opposed to sacking me off like some garages would've done

Really efficiently fixed my puncture. Thought I had a problem with the valve which I thought needed replacing but they were able to fix quickly and didn't need to charge me for it. The tyre repair was reasonably priced and I found them very trust worthy. Would definitely recommend

My friends, family and I have been using Southall Tyres for many years. Their prices are always great as is their customer service. They are Honest and will not "Rip you Off" by trying to sell you things you don't need like some other places. They will go the extra mile to assist with most of your needs including brakes, MOT'S, suspensions and other minor issues. Their work is always thorough and the staff are conscientious. Busy place if you get there at the wrong time. This is because the operators are friendly and knowledgeable and they get on and do the job. Some services must be booked in advance. Shows how popular this place is, and the prices are good.

Went in to get my tyre pressures fixed as my dashboard told me they needed critical adjusting. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to these sort of things didn't know really know how much the fix would cost. Went in, the friendly gentleman attended to it and also gave me some advice. The best thing is, he didn't even charge me for it and told me it was free!! What can I say, excellent service all round
