We've used these guys before and had a great service, so when we decided to change our patio doors we asked them to custom build doors with built-in blinds and no handles outside, and it they had to replace all of the plastic on the inside and outside walls (was a knocked through window), and move them forward so that the doors could open flat to the wall. What we got was yet again a fantastic service and superb end result, we're really chuffed, and the fitter Mark was clean, quite, tidy.. he did a great job with no fuss, thanks Mark, and thanks South Wales Windows for a great job, again!

Just to add to my earlier positive review: their after sales back up is first class too. Noticed a very small mark on the interior chrome letter box flap. Within a couple of days they arrived with and fitted a replacement. Also they mailed me a touch up paint stick that matches front door colour in case it ever gets a scratch. Very helpful people to deal with.

Fantastic service from start to finish .. from the initial quote no hard selling tactics just good honest work. The installers were tidy , worked hard and did a great job. The staff in the office (Catrin) were very helpful and efficient.. no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone . Thank you so much .

From start to finish what a company to deal with. From the very start I was so impressed with the friendly nature of the initial visit and how well they know there products and great ideas that we would of never of thought of and absolutely no pressure to purchase. We also wanted a slightly nicer front door and between the office staff and us we achieved exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Come fitting the Two fitters (Mark and John) were punctual, polite and really nice guys. They fitted the whole house and cleaned after themselves in 4 days all they require is a steady from of Tea lol Overall a great company I would have no qualms recommending them

Just had completion of fitting of two bay windows and a new composite front door and surround, all with acoustic glass to negate traffic noise. Excellent company. First class sales rep no pressuring. Very pleased with the quality, price and installation. No fuss. No mess. I would recommend this company.

South Wales Windows replaced all the windows throughout my house. The service has been excellent from start to finish. The price was very competitive and the after service has been fantastic. Never too much trouble to help resolve any little niggles. Every member of staff have been friendly, courteous and very professional. I would have no hesitation to recommend the company to others. Just had a new composite backdoor fitted by South Wales Windows. Once again an excellent product at a fair price. But what always sets South Wales Windows apart it’s the helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I have windows and doors fitted by them over 20 years ago that look as good now as they did then.

A massive thank you to South wales and windows, especially John who was the sales. He was very kind and considerate and went out of his way to help any way he could. Also like to thank Tracy and Rhys who helped me with any problems or Inquiries I had. Nothing was too much for them and they were so understanding you can tell these people really care about there customers. I had all my windows and doors replaced and it was a big job the work was done quickly and professionally. I have also had people commenting on my front door 😊. If I ever need windows again or if someone wants there windows or doors done, I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

South Wales Windows & Doors replaced all my windows 12 years ago and they look as good now as they did then. So, I chose them to design and install my first ever conservatory. John was brilliant with both the design and build arrangements. All the people who worked on the project were polite, tidy and took a pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble, and any minor problems were put right immediately. The quality of the build is excellent, and my wife and I are extremely impressed with the finished product as are our friends and neighbours. Since it was finished, we've spent virtually every day enjoying our delightful new space. I have no hesitation in recommending South Wales Windows and Doors. From a very content Mike.
