Most of the receptionists are very rude and appear as though they don't like being there. Normally the doctors are ok, when you eventually get to see them, except when my wife fell over and hurt her foot the doctor diagnosed that it was just a sprain on 2 separate occasions. She was walking about on it for 7 weeks, even going to work on it until we insisted on an x-ray, low and behold her foot was broken, wonderful !!!! My daughter was seeing various doctors for more than 6 months, feeling absolutely awful but every time they said they couldn't find anything wrong. She changed her doctors and on the very first appointment was diagnosed with fibromyalgia !!!!!!

Doctor was dismissive of my mothers needs and wouldn't rectify a mistake she made on her prescription because the appointment was 'eating into her break'. Absolutely dispicable.

Most of the Doctors are attentive and sympathetic. What lets this surgery down is the Reception staff. A few are nice, but some are just plain rude and unhelpful. If you have no time for people, if you can't greet us with a smile and talk to us with a little common decency, don't work as a receptionist! Besides that, expect to sit on hold for 10 minutes and having to listen to the most grating recorded telephone message I've heard to date each time you try to call!

Called the surgery at 12:50 and waited until 14:20 on the queue to get to the point where I should speak to somebody, and they hang-up on me the moment I was connected! Called back and was again number 9 in the queue. In general the service of this surgery is appalling! I’d recommend you to avoid it at all costs. From receptionist to doctors (excluding very few of them) they’re all very rude and unhelpful. Always so obviously not interested to listen to your health concerns (most of my ‘telephone appointments’ last less than 1min, with the person on the other side interrupting me etc). I’ve been with them for over 2 years now, and each time when I have a problem I have to go back and forth to get it resolved (even the simplest thing as getting the prescription to the right pharmacy can cost you weeks of waiting {not to mention the embarrassment of going to the pharmacy asking for your prescription twice a day and wasting your time with waiting on queues there, only to be told that they haven’t received anything, then calling the surgery again and etc etc etc}, and that’s far from the worse!). They should change their approach to patients sooner rather than later….

Their online service stopped working around March, and they've refused to do anything about it. I've gone to them in person twice and they just say that "I have to wait" for the user account to process correctly. They've also failed to call me for a phone appointment even though I confirmed the day before that they have my correct number. They're not answering their phone either. Been waiting for over 20 minutes, nobody answering. It's literally impossible to get an appointment with them now.

I've moved so no longer in the area. I called to get my NHS number to move GP and they wouldn't give it to me even if I answered security questions so now I can't register in my area until I go back to reading. Great job
