Easier run marathon than getting answer from the SLAM Complaints Office .I placed my Complaints at 10.06.20at complaints office and Dr Bradley ,and Dr Holland .Complaints were placed against IPTT Lambeth ,Mr Polizzi,Ms Dorrington ,Ms Spence . I placed Complaints - forcing patient... - discrimination -antisemitic comment - victimisation - neglection of correct assesment - breaching discharging rules - discriminating shielded patients /Ms Spence confirmed that 3.5months staying fully isolated ,shielded -it is not relevant for the mental condition/ Today 20.09.20-no answer First i was 28months on waiting list . From June 2017 until November 2019 ,Slam did not provide public service . The MBT therapy started at 13.11.2019- but there was not face to face therapy until end of February 2020 . Only 1group therapy /week. Slam discharged me after I placed Complaints at 10 June 2020....SLAM discharged patient end of July ..../factually suspended when complain was placed ,...middle of shielding period /because severe COPD ./.I did not receive until today discharging notice and risk assessment . Dr Bradley and Dr Holland are behind of this event.They knew ,know everything By the only one answer ,what I received Hospital,and Mr Polizzi discharged me : Because I made too much complaints .... What Mr Polizzi recorded as part of my disorder .28+6months was not enough for him,mention about it ..... Factually SLAM discharged me .....because I have disorder .SLAM questioned my right make complaints ,questioned my rights for using advocacy service .....'.Congrats ...great work,great place If someone has similar experience ,do not hesitate share with me at luas2352@gmail.com .

Tried No star's, but wouldn't let me even give them a HALF STAR... Shoddy service. for over 2 years I've needed and not been given the support this team and others were supposed to give me. Teams closed and started new teams and yet failed to tell the clients. been left for over 6 months with Management at 312 Brixton Road failing to respond/reply leaving people in desperate times feeling low enough to harm themselves and the staff still do nothing, complaints are IGNORED quicker than the clients, The staff Team around each other and not the client to lie and then refuse to work with people in crisis because of Bad MANAGEMENT.! Everyone is entitled to Mental Health Support This team Neglect that fact and allow staff to pick and chose clients on who will Nod along and agree with them anyone daring to complain will GO NO SERVICES from this Team, complaints to senior management also get ignored.!
