Horrible services, front desk officer very, very RUDE and unhelpful. Lot time waiting

There was an Asian lady at the front desk who was very rude and didn’t seem to want to do her job. Instead of helping us she decided to just tell us that the system was down when it obviously wasn’t, as when I spoke to the next officer she used the system which was apparently down with no problem. The other officer was actually quite helpful but she still hasn’t called me back regarding the property of mine they have held hastage for the last year.

Cells were clean, food was half defrosted, blankets weren’t that itchy. Would be arrested here again. 9/10

Sadly the police are so stretched these days with limited funding and resources. Fortunately, my dealings with the police in South Harrow has always been professional. However the station has civilians doing the reception and other admin jobs and they are about as rude as your common or garden doctor's receptionists!

Disgusting!!! Rude staff, barely understood his English. There was a paralytic person in the door way drooling when I arrived and the officer just left him there. Refused a pregnant woman to use their toilet and refused to help. Great job keeping the public safe

If there's a policeman called PC Elliott, this is regarding his misconduct when dealing with statement taking with a crime victim. I will be in touch and escalate the matter further, unless his supervisor gets in touch first and tries to resolve with me.

I simply cannot get through on the phone, I have called from 2.00 pm until 5.50 pm I have completed 46 unanswered calls, with no message availability
