Paul was referred to us by a relative as we had a dire emergency with a tenant who had reported no power late in the evening. With no expectations we called Paul and he was amazing. He didn't know us but still came out late at night to fault-find and put our minds at rest. He rectified everything at the crack of dawn next day. The invoice was also great value for the service we received. We won't be calling anyone else in future.

Paul is punctual, professional and friendly, but above all else takes pride in his work. We hired Paul to rectify a number of issues that were flagged up by a previous electrician when we purchased our first home a couple of years ago. This included replacing an old consumer unit, as well as tracing and fixing multiple faults on both ring mains. After promptly fixing the original issues, Paul identified a further fault missed by the previous electrician, that left unchecked could have been disastrous! Paul kept us informed every step of the way, and disruption to our power was kept to a minimum throughout the process - he really went above and beyond. I can't recommend or thank Paul and Soulcraft enough!

I totally recommend Paul. I found him to be great electrician, who came out late on the day I called him and made all safe and was back the next morning to sort out the problem. Will certainly be calling on Paul if I get any other issues!
