I’ve just tried to redeem a voucher I received at Christmas. I was unable to get a weekend appointment before lockdown. Very poor customer service as they won’t honour my voucher as i was told I should have called as soon as I got the voucher for an appointment for late February, early March!!!! I’ve been going there for years, and recommended the salon to friends and family however they would not budge on honouring my voucher. I’d it hadn’t been for lockdown I would have booked well before now!

I note you response Carole however as I am not able to respond for some reason, let me correct you! My voucher expired on the 31st March and not 17th March. As you have blocked me on Facebook and now Instagram for leaving a truthful review, this only shows great you are in the wrong!
My voucher was bought for Xmas and expired on the 31st March. After lockdown so I was unable to use it as the country was in lockdown!
