For a place pushing a healthy alternative not my thing. Some ingredients come across as very processed and not so fresh. Fake hollandaise tried numerous times for lunch but just walk past it not a step below sumo salad

Best banana bread it's gluten free so fresh.. coffee amazing salads a bit pricey tho

The reason for 2 stars is that Unpaid $12 for a poached chicken, sundried tomato, avocado and tasty cheese wrap. Unfortunately what I got was 1 piece of sun dried tomato a tiny squirt of avocado paste not even sure I would say I got cheese at all, Chicken was next to none not even a slice it was tiny bits here and there but I did however get a fully loaded spinach wrap for $12 so that was super disappointing considering I chose this place over subway, unfortunately value for money was not there at all. A positive was the spinach was super fresh.

The coffee is great, made to any order. Loads of delicious prepackaged salads and scrumptious rolls.
