The lack of customer service is absolutely shocking. The whole conversation was had with someone hicupping on the other end and their manner so so rude and abrupt. Would not use again, very unhelpful.

Always friendly and helpful. They may not carry the range of items Boots carry but will try to order for you. A nice old school high street chemists shop with a knowledgeable pharmacist. Support local business.

Awful service, each time I needed recommendation I got ignored. Will never go back there again. Also overpriced and very poorly stocked, didn't even have acetone.

Handy, friendly chemist on Gloucester road. Good chemist for finding different brands of health products, and good if you prefer chemists that aren't main steam.

Very expensive. I prefer to support local retailers where I can but the item I bought was £2 more expensive than in the boots a few doors down. I can’t justify that extra spend

Good staff and reliable, more limited stock of over the counter products than the larger pharmacies, but if in need of prescriptions or advice, they are quieter than most and therefore simpler and quicker to collect from or ask for help in most instances. Have been happy with the service.

As a new walk in customer I was given the NHS Flu vaccination in January 2021. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional and couldn't have been more helpful.
