We are so lucky to have Soo Yoga in our town. The facilities are top notch, with many options for a variety of needs, new concepts, they really have their finger in the pulse and their instructors are amazing. It feels like a community rather than a place to get fit, the owners Kristina and Ben are lovely, they are always there, talking with everyone and so, so soo helpful and knowledgeable! There is also free parking and a great cafe! I would highly recommend Soo Yoga.

Probably the worst experience for our 11yo ... 11-16 yo group...she was the only 11 y.o. rest under 10 You are forced to stay in their cafe for whole duration of a class...they basically do not take any responsibility...😔😤😤 We came at the time you told us to come over the phone. Time which is on your timetable. Look at your timetable and correct your mistakes than. I would understand if i was able to see at least what she is doing. But you forcing people to stay in your cafe. Never said that i do not take responsibility, the way you talk... proofs what i thought about you.

I truly wanted to become a regular at Soo Yoga. However, after taking a class with the owner who felt it was appropriate to touch me in order to help me with alignment, I decided not to return She did not ask for permission, she just went ahead and made that decision for me. After visiting a number of times, I realized that this is a corporate westernized yoga studio and will not be returning. I am speaking as a certified yoga teacher. Asking for permission is number 1 in teaching. The front staff was great but the yoga teachers and owner need training.
