Had a quick sandwich and coffee at the outdoor seating while out walking the dog. Service was quick, sandwich was large and tasty and came with a very nice side salad. Would stop by again for sure.

This is one of my favourite places to work and have a cup of coffee. The vibe is perfect and most of the staff is very friendly. Also, the olives and dressing side is to die for. BUT the sandwich quality is really, surprisingly poor. I've had a few of their selection now, and it's actually shocking how bad they are. For £7-£10 a pop, there should be some actual work put into making them edible. You'd be better running out and making your own sandwich on the walk from Tesco to Sonny and Vitos, honestly. Don't serve sandwiches if you can't make them! OR lower the shockingly high price for what is essentially the cheapest looking bread on bread in the west end. Forgive this rant, but I still can't believe just how awful the goat's cheese sandwich was - it was just two big, very VERY dry pieces of bread with three large chunks (chunks! not even spread or cut up or anything) of goats cheese and a tiny amount of chutney sprinkled over it and maybe two pieces of rocket. I ended up pulling the whole thing apart and spreading the goat cheese out myself over little bits of bread like it was make-your-own canapes. Discarded one entire piece of bread because it literally didn't have a trace of filling on it anyway, that's how dry the sandwich was.

Went in here for the first time today and will not return. The manner of the staff was curt and lacked interest in providing friendly service . One note, there is a £10 minimum for using your card - unheard of these days! Especially for a cup of coffee . Much friendlier coffee shops in the same street .

Very cozy cafe with a nice old school aesthetic. I took my parents here for lunch on a friend's recommendation. I ordered the soup and sandwich which was £5. The quality and taste was amazing so I think it's worth the slightly expensive price. Overall very happy, have recommended it to my friends.

Very impressed today on my first visit here. I'd tried the sfogliatelle before as a friend had got some to take away. But eating in, it was a very nice experience. My sandwich was supremely tasty, and the side salad was generous with the olives. Which tells me that this business cares more about flavour than profit margins, amen. Pistachio cake was a dream.
