Soletrader cambridge

Ordered a pair of shoes in store. A member of staff ordered a wrong colour. When I wanted to change the boots, I was told that I would have to return the boots myself and then order them online (myself, obviously). The whole thing was meant to take two weeks. Not sure why these guys are there in the first place if they can neither get things right, no sort their mistakes out. Very rude staff who clearly do no care about customers. Idle members of staff started discussing me before I left the shop. Soletrader, you need to invest in your staff training. I did not even get an apology. Not buying anything from soletrader again.

Bought shoes for £130 only to find the same ones for £90 across the street. Luckily i was able to return and get a refund.

Excellent customer service even in busy times

Quite good but sad that staff seemed quite rude to foreigners in the shop.

Bought a pair of shoes on sale and the staff was plenty helpful and nice.

Very polite staff, cashier "A00580" served me a moment ago (name isn't listed on the receipt) explained what I required and she exactly what to recommend, unexpectedly low price too. I was also served by another female cashier, purchased a pair of dark brown panama Jack's, very helpful even with me being difficult, I cannot remember her name but if she is able to be found, perfect customer service! Will be shopping here more often.
