Sole Beauty is the best salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve lived in Jakarta and Tokyo previously before London so that says a LOT! I always get waxing and sometimes nail treatment here and the whole experience couldn’t be better x. Service: Aiste always greet you with a smile and great energy! She also remembers you by name and I think that’s really good! Antonia is my go-to waxing technician. Always so gentle and up for good conversation! Facilities: Complete and VERY clean. Location: It’s right across Pimlico Academy so it’s not hard to access. Every single time I visit Sole Beauty, it’s always a 5-star treatment for me x

Went here for a last minute Hollywood wax and it was absolutely dreadful! I was on time for my appointment and was only seen 10 minutes after my arrival - the hollywood was was gonna extremely painful!!! I paid for HOT WAX and the lady used strips to remove my hair after I told her I did not want this she said that is how she works! She applied so much wax on a large area which pulled on my skin so much that 3 days later and I am still in pain! Horrible experience! worst wax ever

I went to get gel manicure on 20th of December for Christmas but my nails was chipped by the 23rd. That is very disappointing!! It was a Christmas present from my boyfriend so you can only imagine how upset he was when it didn’t even last until Christmas. I paid £32 with discount as first time visitor but I must say it not worth it at all. I definitely won’t be back specially that you have to pay £40 and your nails last 3 days. All in all, my nails after one week looks like it was done a month ago.

Booked a 60 minute facial, received only 45 mins of treatment. When I flagged this the beautician was very dismissive and simply said 'I did everything I had to do'. It was hard to argue as she barely spoke English. No manager was present so I asked for a call back, which never happened. Reached out multiple times. Don't go to this salon, it's not value for money.

I was on holiday in London for Thanksgiving a couple of weeks ago, in need of a manicure not far from my hotel. I booked an appointment on Treatwell for a Sunday evening at Sole Beauty. The salon is adorable, cozy- exactly the kind of vibe I was looking for. I don’t exactly understand why London nail salons don’t usually soak clients’ nails before manicures and I was worried the quality of my mani wouldn’t be that great. I was very pleasantly surprised. Aiste did a spectacular job. Coming from a New Yorker, this says a lot! Aiste is truly an expert and I highly recommend her. I will definitely be back
