I have phoned them as I was struggling to get eyebrows waxing and they literally saved me! They helped me straight away and did an amazing job. The staff was really friendly. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely come back.

I have already wrote a review however it would not let me add photos, I had a pedicure here, at the time I had a tiny blister on the back of my foot from new shoes. Which after my pedicure resulted in this, every time I put them in water they burn. The pain is absolutely awful. Seems to have burnt the back of my legs during the process.

Very high quality salon with very friendly and professional staff. They always do my nails and eyelashes to the highest standard. I would recommend this salon as it is extremely great value for money and they charge reasonable price s.

This is my GO TO place for nails, lashes, and hair! All the staff are really friendly and are always happy to help. Any design or colour of nail is never too complicated or hard! Would 100% recommend x

Long story about wat happend but extremely unprofessional behaviour n unprofessional services. Dint even apologies or compensate for wasting my time. First I thought may b its just my bad day but second time I had to go again and realised no its definitely not me.. and its owner im talking about.

Hi I came to this salon to get some eyelash extensions and this was my first set so I didn't no what to look out for at first glance they looked amazing and I really liked until I got home and took a proper look at the back to find they were laced with glue I don't dare attempt to take them off as I'll have no eyelashes it has been 5 weeks and they just half came off today only to take half my eyelashes with it and you can see all the roots in the glue of my eyelashes and I used to have quite thick eyelashes now I have none I was horrified definitely don't reccomend I am so upset I have no eyelashes! also as I came for these eyelashes and the woman starting saying I need lip fillers and kept asking saying u should come back for some very sketchy don't trust! this has put me off eyelashes for life!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY LEAVE YOU WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR, THEN THEY PROVIDE REALLY AWFUL QUALITY OF HAIR FOR £200 CLAIMING IT IS REAL RUSSIAN HAIR AND WILL LAST YEARS. IT HAS LASTED 2 DAYS AND IS SHEDDING AND SO DRY. THEY JUST SAID THEY HAD DONE NOTHING WRONG WHEN I COMPLAINED AND THAT I MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO THE HAIR. ABSOLUTRLY DISGUSTING AND A TOTAL CON!

This salon is the worst hairdressers I have ever seen or heard of. Do not go here, you will spend more money trying to fix the damage they do than you’ll save with the cheap prices. They have absolutely no coronavirus measures in place, there were no masks, hand sanitiser or social distancing. To make things worse, my friend who booked the same slot at me, had her hair completely ruined by their incometent hairdresser. When we arrived, the staff had absolutely no knowledge of the booking. They looked at us like we were crazy and asked what we wanted done. When we said full head of colour, the hairdresser said she couldnt do it. The manager walked us over to the chair, and called over the hairdresser I just mentioned. She started looking at my house mate's hair, and when I said 'she just said she cant do dye', the manager said she could. My house mate asked for an all over Honey Blonde colour, and she ended up with horrific, uneven yellow blonde and ginger hair. First of all, she dyed my friend’s hair two different colours. At first, she dyed the bottom half dark brown (My friend is blonde and had asked for a honey blonde touch up) She tried to rush her over to the sink without her noticing, but when we started asking questions, admitted that she'd accidentally used the wrong colour. On top of this, she had to bleach the incorrectly dyed hair, causing serious damage. She left the dye on for half an hour, when it's supposed to be on for 15 minutes. When we tried to get her attention to wash the dye out because my friend’s scalp was burning, she couldn't hear us because she was arguing with someone random in the street. The appointment was for a cut, dye and blow dry, but the hairdresser had no knowledge of this. When we asked her to cut my friend’s hair, she was reluctant and acted like she was doing us a favour. The staff were the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever met. One staff member even laughed at my friend’s hair whilst she was crying from distress. This lady was completely unqualified, and my friend had to spend £200 getting this fixed.

I got my lashes done at this place 100% not worth it! they might charge you more in other places but at least they know what theyre doing.They used a very visible thick glue, stuck all the strips on this straight line, 2 days later the lashes peeled in that exact straight line. I tried to complain to them on their instagram, they just ignored me so they obviously dont care about customer satisfaction. I dont know about the quality of their other services but definetly dont get your lashes done here!!!!!!!
