Great experience sofa shopping with Jared. Not too full on or pushy, got us a coffee and gave us the time we needed to decide. Didn't try to influence our decision. Went for the Cedar, and delivery expected within 5 weeks. Can tailor the finance to yourself. Thanks

Appalling experience. The staff instore placed part of my order incorrectly, which caused many hours on hold to sofology hq to re-order correctly. When the first delivery arrived, half of it was missing - requiring more hours on the phone to sofology hq before it was re booked for delivery. When the item previously ordered incorrectly was finally available for delivery and I booked a day, it did not show up. Sofology hq are near impossible to contact - 2+ hours to get connected on the phone, 2+ days to reply on webchat, after which they close the chat if you don't reply within an hour or so. Lovely sofa but the worst customer experience I have received - on the most expensive single purchase I have made.

Customer service is horrendous. I've been waiting 5 month for a replacement couch cushion and still don't have a date Paid over £2000 for the Brighton sofa set over a year and a half ago. I assumed with the price we paid we would get a quality product. It's been anything but. The leg snapped on one of sofas after around 8 months in. When the engineer came to fix it he said the build quality on this range is 'shocking'. He then said to complain in about a year and we will get a free replacement. Shows the level of engagement from the staff! Then the zip broke on the couch cushion in January this year. It's nearly May and i'm still waiting for an answer. Customer service fob you off and say they are waiting on their supplier. Stay well clear!

Visited the Trafford store yesterday, only two other customers in store but spotted at least 5 members of staff sat around on the display sofas and chatting. After 10 minutes in store, one member of staff tersely told us we would have to buy before Sunday to get delivery by Christmas with no further offers of assistance or interest in what we wanted. He then proceeded to follow us around the store pointedly turning tags and plumping cushions 30 seconds after we vacated a seat. At one point I noticed 4 of them following us and whispering. Me and my partner felt unwelcome and intimidated.

If there is an option of negative stars I would give that.. worst stressed experiencing currently., ordered Radley sofa and a swivel chair single order ., only Radley shipped and long wait for 2 hrs with customer care., booked swivel chair shipment and not heard a word after that and again started chasing for our chair delivery. The Sofa that is delivered has a scuff mark too. Worst customer care and delivery and I am really feeling why did I buy from sofology.. I shouldn’t have .. biggest mistake .no response and contacting product care team is a nightmare.

Recieved my Fellini sofa on the 10th February which I'm very happy with, but not the £39 leather protection kit. I've messaged them three times now, and was assured I would be sent one through the post, but still not had anything. Their customer service once they've got your money is pretty much non-existent.
