Soak Bathhouse – Day Spa Gold Coast – Bundaberg

Soak is a great place to recharge and relax. The atmosphere is calming, easy to check in, staff are very polite and amenities are clean. The booking system in place allows you to enjoy the area without too many people so you can easily move from the pool to the spa or the sauna without crowds of people. Price os reasonable as well. Would highly recommend and I know a West End Soak is coming in June which is a great location for Brisbane people.

I have been visiting SOAK weekly for the last 4 months. In this time you learn the rhythms of the bathhouse and the best times to visit depending on what my goal is for the day. All the staff have been nothing short of lovely and helpful with each visit. SOAK has been a wonderful stopping point in my week to unwind and let the tension melt away. The massage therapists are caring and highly skilled. The facilities are beautiful and calming, the change rooms are clean and the showers are HOT. Thanks for having me Soak Bathhouse.

The concept of this spa is really cool, but the fact its located right next to the main highway takes away from the ‘peaceful’ vibe a spa should offer. It was also very busy for a week day and mid morning, for such a small spa they let way too many people in at the same time, this also takes away from the exclusive peaceful spa experience. Definitely better spas in Europe that unfortunately Australia will never be able to compete with.. coming close though! And this place is probably as good as it gets, still recommend checking it out at quiet times :)

Today I had a full body massage my masseuse name was Gina and she was amazing. The pressure was just right the whole time and I left feeling so much more relaxed and less tense. Will definitely be back to see her again.

I've never been to any establishment like this. I feel literally reborn. Can't recommend enough. I'm sure all the staff are wonderful but Courtney (the lovely young lady who looked after us) was exceptional. I'll be looking to sign up for a membership soon. If you're on the fence about trying or think you're too busy, take the couple hours to unwind. You won't regret it.
