For my kids they've always had the treatment they've needed. For me, I've had different issues of course and its been hit and miss. The receptionist are rude and could do with a smile. Dr reddy was brilliant. The Twp others were soso. Don't always feel like I've been given a good look at really. Getting an appointment is a nightmare! Sometimes I call dead on half 8..might I add while walking my kids to school (difficult) and when I'm get through it's suddenly full!! How does that make sense. My last resort is the Hanley walk-in and tbh I don't like going...they even worse but I'd rather go somewhere than no where.

Horrible and worse experience I've ever had with any receptionist!!! Extremely rude and argumentative and has no customer service skills! I'm disgusting with this practices service! Receptionist should be fired, I honestly don't know how she works with sick people and people who need help. I'm definitely changing to a different GP. Absolutely shocking treatment in person or over the phone just useless.

Moved in the area recently and signed up to this GP. Since then, they've incorrectly sent the wrong medication or forgot to add medication on for me. I'm actually still surprised they're open. My partner order hear insulin for her diabetes at the end of January and diabetes clinic had not received a confirmation from the doctor, she then had to ring and the woman on the phone was just rude and said "okay ill order that now" instead of not acknowledging anything. Gotta say, the reception staff are the worst, both over the phone and in person, seems like they just want to bring down everyone else's day. Awful GP
