Going to Snap Fitness in Salisbury for a few months, I have never had any issues with the staff, equipment or facilities. The staff are friendly and willing to help, the equipment is clean and well maintained and the facilities are similarly kept to a high standard. The only improvement I could give would be that the rules were enforced more strictly but that is a personal preference not really an actual problem.

The only fully 24 hour gym near me. Most say 24 hour and then have crazy weekend hours but this is fully 24 hours for all those occasions you can’t sleep at 3 am.

I’ve been a member at Snap Fitness Salisbury for over a year now. The equipment is top notch and well maintained. The trainers are always approachable and knowledgeable. I’ve train with PT Nick Taylor for over 6 years and have always been impressed by his knowledge and desire to help me achieve my goals. If I have any criticism it’s that I would love to have more changing facilities available as it’s a very popular city centre gym.

I joined Snap and left another gym in town, in part because the facilities were superior. At some times of the day, some weights and other items are not all put away. This is because Snap is a 24-hour facility, but is (understandably, given the low monthly fees) only staffed during regular working hours. So staff cannot constantly tidy up. If only all members were as considerate as the majority... At the same time I joined, trainer Nick Taylor moved to the gym. I had already been working with him for many years, and my health, strength, and fitness are all greatly improved as a result. Contrary to another reviewer here (posting under more than one pseudonym), I have found Nick to be professional and courteous. Were he not, I would not train with him. (It is important to remember that most trainers are self-employed, so are usually with clients who have paid for their exclusive attention.)

* description as requested by snap to improve their rating. 1: patrons allowing non members in during the night, bad point as its not a one off... its most nights 2, toilets are not being left in sanitary conditions through the night by certain members.. this puts people off 3: machine wipedowns seem to be forgotten about by gym users through the night 4: new member openly bragging about how they have much cheaper memberships now even before any discounts are applied ( there's plenty of us who stuck with you through the pandemic) so that's a massive middle finger to you patroens who showed you loyalty. 5: equipment re-racking is a joke (through the night anyway) I gave you three stars because I appreciate everyone is in a squeeze at the moment, I do understand how much pressure you must be under and at any opportunity through my rugby season I do publicly shout you out on IG because I am grateful for what you provide. The only reason you have 3 instead of 1 is because I'm not trying to have you lose any custom from the gym. I just weighed the pro's and con's and thats the score was with a little supportive bias
