AVOID!She didn't show up to my LVL appointment, left me waiting outside, texted me AFTER my appointment time after i called the salon 4 times to say i cant have the appointment because i needed a patch test- which was not mentioned before booking. Wasted my time, wasted my money and journey. will not be going there again. not helpful and didn't try to come up with a solution and was rude when i asked her to answer my call and immediately realised she was not trying to help- worst customer services i've had in years. shame as i only booked because of the good reviews.
