Unprofessional and rude staff calling during work hours. Despite me saying I couldn’t speak at the moment a member of staff proceeded to keep talking causing me problems at work. Manager promissed a refund and never refunded for services that I never received. Now he is ignoring my texts and phone calls for a treatment worth £250. Please STAY AWAY and spend your money elsewhere.
