One of the best garden centres I've ever been to, always have an amazing selection of plants. The vegetables and herbs are always healthy and fairly priced. Have been shopping here for years now. The staff are always available and helpful, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you might have. Also the best place to buy bulk High quality lump wood charcoal in the summer for your bbq.

If you're kids are under the moody teenage years, then take them, they'll love it...so much to see and discover. Great to stimulate their little minds...make it educational and fun...you wouldn't think I'd be describing a garden centre shop!? Unexpectedly enjoyable for all..and costs nothing to relax and wonder around

AS an independent garden centre it is one of the best and I would have given it 5 stars, however, since the cafe refurbishment it has ĺost some of its appeal for me personally. This is because as a dog owner I used to be able to go there and eat any time of the year because although the indoor cafe was out of bounds to dogs (quite rightly) there used to be a marquee area where people with well behaved dogs on a lead could sit and eat and not be exposed to the elements. This has now been sacrificed to extend the indoor eating area, and although there is a small outdoor area that dog lovers can use it's no joy at this time of year. This is my opinion, I wonder if anyone else has similar or opposing views?

We went to visit Santa’s Grotto today. Fantastic as always! The grotto is beautifully done, excellent interaction with Santa and his elves and a magical, socially-distanced present delivery. Wonderful!! And we popped into the lovely new cafe for a caramel latte and a mince pie - gorgeous treats!!

Well I decided to book the grotto here, not imagining just how amazing it would be. We all thought it was absolutely fantastic. My daughter had recently been very ill and been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and she really deserved a treat. This grotto along with the organisation and lovely staff really made our Christmas. THE whole garden centre is so beautifully presented.

Santa's grotto is wonderful, Santa and the elves really made the experience one to remember for our boys. Even with social distancing it was still a magical experience for them. The garden centre is full of twinkling lights and decorations, there is a lot to see and explore for little ones (and adults). All staff were very friendly and polite, they served delicious cake in the café too!

What an amazing family run garden centre! They truly have amazing customer service. Not only are the staff friendly and helpful if you approach them but its the only garden centre I've ever visited where the staff walk around asking if you need help. Especially seeing as I cluelessly buying Christmas lights! Lots of parking, and they have an awesome cafe if you need an espresso or two during the visit! 😉
